We aim to reply within two to three working days.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If we have published something factually wrong, please tell us. Include the article and, where you can, the source that contradicts us. Corrections are noted on the article rather than quietly edited away.
- Article suggestions. If there is a health question you cannot find a straight answer to, we would like to hear it. Reader questions shape a lot of what we publish.
- Sourcing questions. Want to know where a particular claim came from, or whether an article contains affiliate links? Ask.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion of your data, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Business enquiries. Partnerships, licensing, and press.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer personal medical questions, and we will not try. We do not know your history, your medications, or your circumstances, and giving individual health guidance without those things would be irresponsible rather than helpful.
If you have a health concern, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist. If it is urgent, contact your local emergency services. Our Medical Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

A note on our address
Laura B Health is a fully remote publication and does not operate a public office, so we do not list a street address. Email reaches us reliably and is the best route for anything, including formal or legal correspondence.
